Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

  1. Timeframe for Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).

  1. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in new, unused condition. If the item(s) meet our return eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. wrong size ordered), the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
